I have undertaken further CBT training at the South London and Maudsley Hospital and have also studied Facilitating Therapeutic Groups at City Lit, London. I am currently on a further CBT certificate course at Amersham and Wycombe College.

My personal approach to counselling follows on from my training which is in both person centred counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy. As someone qualified in both modalities of counselling I can bring different ideas to the problems that clients bring. |
